These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of bonamaxx.com and your purchases from BonaMaxx LLC ("BonaMaxx," "we," "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Subscription Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or buy our products.

2. Products and health disclaimer

BonaMaxx RISE Gummies are a dietary supplement. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Information on the Site is for general information only and is not medical advice. Consult your doctor before use if you have a medical condition, take medication (including blood pressure or blood-thinning medication), or have any concerns. Do not exceed the recommended serving. Not for use by anyone under 18. Individual results vary.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices, products or offers at any time. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example for suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock issues; if we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you.

4. Subscriptions

Memberships renew automatically every 30 days as described in our Subscription Terms (bonamaxx.com/pages/subscription-terms) until you cancel. You can skip, pause or cancel anytime before your next billing date.

6. Reviews and content you submit

If you submit a review, photo or other content, you confirm it's truthful and yours to share, and you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in connection with BonaMaxx. We may remove content that is false, offensive or violates these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The BonaMaxx name, logos, images and Site content belong to BonaMaxx LLC and may not be used without our written permission.

8. Prohibited use

You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to resell products without our permission, or to interfere with the Site's security or operation.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent allowed by law. To the extent permitted by law, BonaMaxx's total liability for any claim relating to the Site or products is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify BonaMaxx against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or products or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
