The 30-Day Maxxing Guarantee

Take BonaMaxx RISE Gummies for 30 days. If you don't feel the difference, we'll refund your first order. No need to send the bag back.

How it works

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery of your first order by phone/text at (424) 285-3560 or email at dan.absher@icloud.com with your order number.
• We'll refund the product price of your first order to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days of approval. Shipping fees are not refundable.
• The guarantee applies once per customer and household, to your first order only. For bundles, it covers the full first bundle.
• Subscription renewals are not covered by the guarantee, but you can skip, pause or cancel anytime before your next billing date (see our Subscription Terms at bonamaxx.com/pages/subscription-terms).

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost.

Lost packages

If tracking shows your order delivered but you didn't receive it, contact us within 14 days and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank. We resolve most issues within one business day.
