These Subscription Terms apply when you choose a BonaMaxx membership (subscription) at checkout.
Automatic renewal
By choosing a membership, you agree that your order will automatically renew and your payment method will be charged every 30 days at the membership price shown at checkout (plus any applicable tax) until you cancel. Your first charge happens at checkout. Each renewal ships automatically.

- The ability to skip, pause, change or cancel anytime.
How to cancel, skip or pause
- Log in to your account at bonamaxx.com and manage your subscription in a few taps, or

To avoid being charged for your next order, cancel or skip before your next billing date. Cancellations take effect for all future orders; orders already processed will ship.
Reminders
We'll email you before each renewal so you have time to skip, pause or cancel.
Price changes
If the membership price changes, we'll notify you at least 7 days before the change applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and will notify you to update your payment method. Your membership may be paused if payment can't be collected.
Refunds
Your first order is covered by the 30-Day Maxxing Guarantee (see our Refund Policy). Renewal orders aren't refundable once shipped, except for damaged, defective or incorrect items.
