Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including APO/FPO addresses.
Processing and delivery times
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipping.
- You'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking by email once your order ships.
Shipping costs
- Memberships (subscriptions): free shipping on every order.
- One-time orders: free on orders of $60 or more; otherwise $2.95 flat rate.
Discreet packaging
Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging.
Address issues
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us within 12 hours of ordering. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout, but we'll help where we can.
